Responsible for Oxford and surrounding area
My name is Stuart Waddington and I have lived in East Oxford for 12 years. I am a local property investor and have been involved in managing property in various ways for the last 18 years. I am one of the leaders of Edge, a church group in Oxford working with the homeless and marginalised in our city. Our aim is to support the homeless to regain employment, find their own housing and become contributors to society.
I have owned my own home since 1985. I now relish the opportunity to help individuals and families to move on with their lives by purchasing your property as swiftly as possible. I aim to achieve completion in 28 days, which in today’s climate of super-tight mortgage lender criteria, onerous solicitor checks and legal red tape is very unusual and highly valued by the people we buy from.
On a personal level I enjoy eating out, walking and seeing wildlife. I have completed (over several years) walking the length of the Thames Path from the source in Gloucestershire to the East End of London.
I have worked in the private, public and voluntary sectors, including 10 years as a Development Manager for a housing association. When I am not renovating or managing property, I now work as a director of a cleaning business employing the marginalised of Oxford’s community, helping them to build the habit of regular and productive work.
I would love to put my property knowledge to use in helping you move on in your life, by buying your property quickly. I specialise in unusual situations and properties and guarantee to offer on any property. If you want to sell yours, then give me a call today, I’ll look forward to hearing from you.
